Who are we

All Employees Matter is a workplace advocacy and support service dedicated to empowering individuals who are navigating bullying, harassment, or psychological safety concerns at work. We partner directly with employees to guide them through informal resolution pathways, offering a confidential, non-confrontational alternative to formal complaints or legal escalation.

Our approach is grounded in empathy, professionalism, and procedural clarity. Services typically include:

  • Initial Consultation to gauge whether there is a case of bullying, review informal options and discuss next steps

  • Support with documentation, provide incident log templates, review incident logs and impact statements

  • One-on-one coaching to help employees articulate concerns and prepare for informal conversations

  • Facilitated dialogue between employees and employers or colleagues, aimed at restoring respectful communication

  • Education on workplace rights, bullying definitions, and resolution options under Australian law

  • Strategic guidance on when and how to escalate concerns if informal efforts fail

By focusing on early intervention and psychological safety, All Employees Matter helps employees feel heard, supported, and equipped to advocate for themselves—without immediately resorting to formal legal channels.
